Hibiscus-Rose Infused Honey

This flavor came about by accident while I was blending teas. I added hibiscus flower into a small batch of honey and created a beautiful ruby colored hibiscus infused honey. The rose essence adds an elevated floral scent & flavor, while the hibiscus is slightly tart. This is one of my favorites! 

*please note, I use real herbs and spices that sometimes creates small amounts of herbal sediment in the honey.
